How Do I Stay Motivated? The Mindset Shift That Finally Worked for Me
Here's the small daily practice — rooted in faith — that got me walking 5 days a week when I didn't feel like it once.

The Mindset Shift That Changed Everything
What changed for me wasn't finding more motivation—it was trusting God with the next step.
I've learned that I don't have to have everything figured out. I just have to be faithful with what's in front of me.
Instead of asking, "Do I feel like doing this today?" I ask, "What's one small step I can take to honor the body and life God has given me?"
That might be a short walk, choosing a healthier meal, or taking a few quiet minutes to pray.
Little steps matter.
God isn't asking for perfection. He's asking for faithfulness.
And over time, those small, faithful choices become lasting habits.
The verse I whisper on most days "I will do all things through God Who strengthens me." (Philippians 4:13)
Speak out loud: The life of Jesus Christ is at work in me, causing me to flourish in all I do!
Today's Small Step Before you move on, pause for a moment.
Say a quick prayer, then choose one small thing you can do today to care for yourself and honor God.
Keep moving, one faithful step at a time.
